Hello All! It has been a while since I have connected with some of you. I am back from my second maternity leave and working with my favorite team on a part-time basis planning our 9th Annual Jimmy Fund Golf Tournament.
My second daughter, Brooke Evelyn Elstermeyer, was born on 11/7/2023. Brooke was a mere 3 days away from sharing the same birthday with her big sister Tessa. “The girls” have been keeping me very busy but they are doing great. Kids really do humble you, especially toddlers. My 2.5-year-old possesses an innate ability to make me laugh and cry in the same minute.
The saying “Don’t blink because you might miss it” has been holding quite true. (Though I do wish I could “blink” for about 8 straight hours from 10pm-6am on a regular basis). This summer has been a true testament to how fast time can go by. Thankfully, my iPhone has been able to capture a lot of life’s moments (see below). Even now as I scroll through my camera roll, I’m asking myself WHEN was that?
