I take my role as Napier’s unofficial Asian food ambassador very seriously. It’s basically a side hustle at this point. Over the years I’ve gotten the team hooked on mooncakes, Bonchon Korean fried chicken, Asian fruit cakes, Korean and Japanese BBQ, Chinese hotpot… the list goes on. My next mission? Get the office to try durian fruit

But as much as I love changing up the Napier menu and converting the office one dish at a time, I imagine clients may sometimes wonder, what does Yoyo actually do around here?

Fair question. Let me be serious for a second.

On the client side, I’m involved in a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff you don’t always see. From processing account openings and distribution requests, to account transfers and maintenance, I’m usually the one making sure everything’s in order and that you’re kept in the loop. We try to keep things as transparent and communicative as possible, so you always know what’s happening and where things stand. As part of the operations team, my main goal is to make sure you always have the best experience possible from start to finish.

And if you ever have a question I can’t answer? No worries, I also manage all the advisors’ calendars, so I’m your go-to for getting booked with the right person.

So please, don’t be shy! Feel free to loop me in on emails with your advisor if you need a hand or have questions about your accounts.

On a more personal note, I really do love meeting new clients and getting closer with the ones we already have. At the end of the day we’re all part of the Napier family, and that means a lot to me. Getting to help clients with whatever they need, alongside some genuinely great people in this office… that’s the best part.

So, who’s ready to try durian with me?
