Denise Carty

Denise brings extensive experience in client service, operational support, and relationship management within the financial services industry. Throughout her career, she has partnered with clients, advisors, and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service, streamline processes, and support seamless client experiences. Prior to joining Napier Financial, Denise held client service and onboarding roles at State Street Investment Management and other leading financial institutions, where she supported complex client onboarding initiatives and institutional investment client relationships. She holds an MBA in International Business from Johnson & Wales University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Bridgewater State University.

When she’s not working with clients, Denise enjoys traveling and discovering new places with her husband, Phil. She loves creating memorable experiences with their son and daughter while they’re home from college. Whether attending a Penn State football game, cheering on the University of Vermont hockey team, snowboarding in the winter, or relaxing at the beach during the summer, family time is at the center of her life.
