And no, this is not another baby announcement—meet Todd, our new VP of Business Development for GenWel Capital. With 25+ years in the alternative investment world, spending much of that tenure as a Portfolio Manager, he knows how to navigate the complex corners of alternative investments. Translation: he’s spent his career navigating a part of finance that’s often misunderstood, underutilized, and sometimes, frankly, done all wrong. Todd knows how to do it right, and perhaps most importantly, he understands what GenWel aims to accomplish for our investors.
His expertise adds an exciting new dimension to Napier, helping us deepen our offerings for clients with complex financial lives. And while his resume is impressive, we’re just as excited about the fact that he fits seamlessly into our culture—direct, thoughtful, low-ego, and calm under pressure (even when the market’s throwing a tantrum).
When he’s not helping clients think big and plan smart, he’s down at the Jersey shore with his wife, kids, and their dog Rosie—golfing, fishing, or building beautiful furniture from scratch. You know, just casually being good at everything.
